Sum participant time. Ten minutes involving three people is 30 staff-minutes. Do not count the same activity in multiple rows. Record meeting duration separately if it is evaluated.

## Formulas
- Net staff-minutes = baseline total − assisted total.
- Capacity hours/month = net minutes × meetings/month / 60.
- If net capacity hours are positive: capacity value = capacity hours × labor rate × redeployable share.
- If net capacity hours are negative: labor impact = capacity hours × labor rate. Charge added work at the full rate; do not reduce it by the redeployable share.
- Net economic value = capacity value (or negative labor impact) − recurring costs not already counted.
- Capacity-equivalent recovery period = initial economic cost / positive net monthly economic value. If value is zero or negative, no finite recovery period under those assumptions.
- Recurring cash effect = demonstrated avoided cash expenditure − new recurring cash expenditure. Do not label capacity value as cash savings.
- Economic break-even minutes, with 100% redeployable share = recurring cost × 60 / (meetings × hourly rate).

## Fictional arithmetic check
Baseline 480 staff-minutes; assisted 400 including additional review; net 80. Twenty meetings/month and $40/hour imply $1,066.67 capacity value. Software $300 + purchased support $100 = $400/month. Net economic value $666.67; $1,200 initial economic cost / $666.67 = about 1.8 months of capacity-equivalent recovery. With no avoided expenditure, recurring cash effect is −$400/month. Initial cash costs require their own classification.

At net 20/50/80 minutes per meeting, monthly economic value after $400 cost is −$133.33/$266.67/$666.67. Economic break-even is 30 minutes. Assumes all released capacity can be redeployed and quality criteria hold; no numbers are observed results.

Downside check: if assisted effort rises to 500 staff-minutes, net time is −20 minutes per meeting. Across 20 meetings at $40/hour, added labor has a −$266.67 impact even when redeployable share is zero. After $400 recurring costs, net economic value is −$666.67.

Assume this review is already included in the example's 40 additional AI-review staff-minutes per meeting. Do not deduct it twice. Replace that total if actual checking takes longer. Keep unresolved consequential errors visible; faster incorrect output is not a successful assisted outcome.
